These terms govern your use of the Interview Coaching Australia website and services.

Services

Interview Coaching Australia provides one-on-one interview coaching services delivered via Zoom. All sessions are conducted by Monique and tailored to each client's specific needs.

Booking & Payment

Sessions are confirmed upon receipt of payment. All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payment is required prior to your first session.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit the session. Refund requests are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential. Session recordings (where applicable) are provided solely for the client's personal review and are not shared with third parties.

Results Disclaimer

While we have a strong track record of client success, interview coaching cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Results depend on factors including your preparation, the role, and the hiring process. Our statistics reflect historical client outcomes and are not a guarantee of future results.

Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, and content provided during coaching sessions remain the intellectual property of Interview Coaching Australia and are licensed for personal use only.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
