Yes — all sessions are conducted via Zoom, which means I work with clients across Australia and occasionally internationally. Zoom sessions are just as effective as in-person and offer the added benefit of recording for your review.

Ideally 1–2 weeks before your interview, but I offer same-day rapid prep for urgent situations. The earlier you start, the more time we have to refine your approach. Currently booking about 1–2 weeks out for standard sessions.

Absolutely. Many clients have their coaching covered by their employer's professional development budget. I can provide a tax invoice and any documentation your employer needs. This is especially common for government and corporate clients.

Every session includes pre-session research on your target role, the coaching session itself (recorded), and a post-session summary with action items. For multi-session packages, you also get email support between sessions.
