Why I Do This
I started coaching interviews in 1996 because I kept seeing the same thing: brilliant, qualified people losing roles to candidates who simply interviewed better.
It frustrated me. The hiring process rewards confidence and structure, and those are skills — not personality traits. They can be taught. So I made it my career to teach them.
Over 30 years, I've coached more than 10,000 Australians across every industry and level. From nervous graduates preparing for their first panel to executives negotiating seven-figure packages, the fundamentals are the same: know your story, structure your answers, and walk in prepared.
